 Carlos Creek Winery was
started in 1997. The doors to the winery were officially opened in July of 1999. There are
over 200 acres on the property, with many acres of grapes, making Carlos Creek Winery one
of the largest vineyards in Minnesota.
Aside from having the largest vineyard Carlos Creek Winery also hosts the largest Apple
Orchard in the area, currently numbering over 8,000 producing apple trees. There are 22
different varieties of which "Honeycrisp" is the largest planting. Most of the
apples grown, are used to make our award winning apple wines, such as Apple Blueberry,
Apple Strawberry and our new Apple Cranberry wine.
