EXHIBITOR/VENDOR POLICIES
All Exhibitors are required to have their own 10’ x 10’ canopy, as this is an outdoor show. Vendors may start setting up display on Sept.
12, and Sept. 13, starting at 7:00am. There are 10 locations for food vendor trailers up to 30'. Setup of booth must be done by 8:00am on Saturday and exhibitors must stay through Sunday until 6:00pm. All vehicles must be off site by 5:30pm on
Friday, no exceptions! Gates will open up at 6:00am for early Saturday morning set up as well.
ELECTRICITY
No generators are allowed in the exhibit area. Electricity can be provided by Carlos Creek Winery for an additional charge of $25.00 per booth space. Electricity will be 110v. If 220v is needed, contact Carlos Creek Winery for details on availability

We will send you a Confirmation Email when you have been approved and your Card will be charged August 1st. If you have any questions, or would like to change your info, please contact us. There Will be NO REFUNDS After August 1st,
2008, so please, let us know if you need to cancel before then or before you
