We do not offer refunds on wine once the wine has been signed for by the customer. Carlos Creek Winery will replace any damaged wine during shipping. It is the customers responsibility to store and handle the wine properly after they have received and signed for the wine.
On purchases, other than wine, we offer a 15 day return policy. For more information call 320-846-5443. We will not accept returns that have been used or worn. All returned items must be in the state they were in when they left Carlos Creek Winery.
