Wood-fired pizza kitchen manager

22 Northmen Brewing Co. is looking for a creative, experienced individual who knows how to have FUN to lead our wood-fired pizza kitchen. Back of house management experience, meeting profit goals, ordering ingredients, menu creation, and planning for group events are a must. Experience in wood-fired cooking and pizza making is preferred, but not required. The right person will provide exceptional customer service, have great interpersonal communication skills, and possess the ability to lead and train others, while maintaining a fun atmosphere for employees and customers!

Full-time and includes health benefits, vacation and retirement with company match.

Duties Include:

Menu creation and innovation | Placing food orders | Prepping food | Maintaining food safety

Desired Qualifications:

4 years’ kitchen management experience preferred | Experience in wood-fired pizza kitchen | Food Safety Manager/Certified Food Protection Manager certification

Schedule:

Typically Wednesday-Saturday
Hours will vary depending upon season
